Blast on Christmas Day kills two in Dagupan City

MANILA, Philippines — Two individuals died following an explosion in Dagupan City on the evening of Christmas Day, Dec. 25. Accoring to the local government of Dagupan City, the incident, which it described as a “very loud explosion,” was reported around 7:49 p.m. on Thursday in Sitio Boquig, Barangay Bacayao Norte in Dagupan City.
