Pagasa: ‘Amihan,’ easterlies to bring rains in parts of PH on Saturday

MANILA, Philippines — Two weather systems are forecast to bring rains over parts of the country for 24 hours, the state weather bureau said on Saturday. In its 24-hour weather forecast issued at 4 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the northeast monsoon or amihan will be prevailing over
