Palace declares special non-working holidays this February in 16 areas

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has proclaimed special non-working holidays in sixteen areas this month to allow residents to fully participate in the celebration of local festivals and anniversaries. The Presidential Communications Office said Marcos declared February 26 a special non-working holiday in Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through Proclamation No. 1145 for the town’s
