MANILA, Philippines — Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on Wednesday dismissed ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio’s claims that the release of multibillion-peso local government support funds (LGSF) was a way to distribute “pork barrel,” calling them pure criticism and intrigue. Tinio was referring to the launch of the “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Bawat Bayan Makikinabang” initiative
