Francis Pangilinan on Thursday said the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR)’s proposed P3,000 fuel subsidy for fisherfolk is too small, urging the government to fast-track assistance as rising diesel prices continue to strain the sector. In the hearing of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food and Agrarian Reform, attendees
