TACLOBAN CITY — Sea travel across Eastern Visayas has resumed after the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) lifted the suspension of maritime operations starting 5 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, following the downgrading of weather conditions brought by Tropical Depression “Basyang.” The suspension, imposed on Thursday, Feb. 5, was lifted after tropical wind signals in the region
