PH gov’t should focus on long-term national planning, says think tank

MANILA, Philippines — Amid increasing security, economic, and climate risks over time, Stratbase Group urged the Philippine government on Sunday to end reactive governance and instead focus on long-term policymaking. “The Philippines is in danger of remaining exposed to overlapping economic, security, and climate shocks unless it shifts from reactive governance to long-term national planning,”
