Ping Lacson: Substance of blue ribbon report stays

MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said the contents of the draft committee report recommending charges against some incumbent senators will stay. “The version may change but not the substance,” he said in an interview with radio dzBB on Sunday, adding that the Senate blue ribbon investigation into the anomalous flood
