MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) said it is ready to provide services to the crisis committee formed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to prepare for possible fuel and food shortages driven by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. “The serious challenge we are facing as a result of the Middle East
