MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday said it is ramping up operations to reduce vehicular accidents this year, particularly during the peak travel season in the country’s dry months. PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said police units have already been ordered to work closely with bus operators and management
