MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) will coordinate with local internet service providers (ISPs) after it caught seven children in Laguna allegedly planning a mass shooting, influenced by an individual in an online game. “We will make an arrangement with our providers. We will request the takedown of the platforms if the
