TANDAG CITY, Surigao del Sur, Philippines — A Polish national died by drowning at Mahayag Beach Resort in Barangay Buenavista here. Authorities recovered the foreigner’s body on Saturday afternoon after a joint search and rescue operation involving government responders and local fishermen. According to Ensign Jobert R. Oslob, officer in charge of the Philippine Coast
