Rains expected in 4 areas as shear line moves away from PH — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The shear line has shifted slightly away from the country but will still bring rains to four areas on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said Tuesday. Despite the shift, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned of scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms in Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte, Dinagat Islands,
