MANILA, Philippines—The national government has begun work on a P534.7-million fishing hub in Marawi City, a project officials say could help unlock the economic potential of Lake Lanao while supporting the city’s long-term recovery. The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) said it has begun developing an Integrated Cold Hub Complex to strengthen aquaculture
