Revilla refuses to enter plea in graft case arraignment

MANILA, Philippines — Former Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. on Monday refused to enter a plea to the graft charge filed against him before the Sandiganbayan in connection with the alleged P92.8-million flood control project in Bulacan. Hence, the anti-graft court’s Fourth Division entered a not guilty plea on his behalf during the arraignment. Revilla
