Riza Mantaring, former CEO of Sun Life Philippines and Macy Castillo of Enstack come in different industries but find connection in their leadership styles. The first conversation pairs Rizalina “Riza” Mantaring, former CEO of Sun Life Philippines and now a retiree and an independent director of many diverse companies, with Macy Castillo, founder and CEO of Enstack. Their backgrounds are different. Riza led one of the country’s major insurance firms, while Macy is building a digital technology platform designed to help entrepreneurs.
