MANILA, Philippines — House of Representatives Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander Marcos will inhibit from all impeachment proceedings and discussions involving his father, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., to allow the panel to discharge its mandate independently. In a statement on Thursday, Marcos said that his inhibition — which he also announced previously — will extend to his
