Shear line to bring heavy rainfall in parts of Luzon, Visayas

MANILA, Philippines — The shear line is forecast to bring heavy rainfall in the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa warned of 50 to 100 millimeters of rain due to the shear line in Catanduanes, Albay,
