PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Six public school teachers of the Sulu Schools Division who were passengers of the vessel MV Trisha Kirsten 3 that sank off Basilan waters on Monday are still missing, the Department of Education (DepEd) said. DepEd Undersecretary Malcolm Garma confirmed on Tuesday that 35 teachers boarded the ill-fated boat after
