Special non-working holiday declared in cities of San Fernando, Parañaque

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has declared special non-working days in two cities in February to commemorate their founding anniversaries. Under Proclamation No. 1157, signed by Acting Executive Sec. Ralph Recto, a special non-working holiday, has been declared in San Fernando City, Pampanga, on February 4 to celebrate its 25th cityhood anniversary.
