MANILA, Philippines — The Social Security System (SSS) said it is eyeing a loan moratorium for its members, along with a condonation program for employers, as part of its relief measures amid the country’s economic challenges. According to SSS President Robert Joseph de Claro, the measures under consideration aim to provide immediate relief to members
