MANILA, Philippines — Teachers should no longer be “burdened” with non-teaching tasks such as activities related to the government feeding program, a lawmaker said on Monday. Pasig City Rep. Roman Romulo, chairperson of the House Committee on Basic Education and Culture, made the remarks during the hearing of bills seeking to convert the National Feeding
