MANILA, Philippines — While he has yet to personally look at former Undersecretary Adrian Bersamin’s phone to verify the alleged conversations with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio believes the screen recordings shown to him looked legitimate. Tinio, in an ambush interview on Monday clarified that what Batangas Rep. Leandro Legarda
