MANILA, Philippines — A day after the Senate version of the Anti-Political Dynasty Act was received in plenary, several personalities in attendance at the Trillion Peso March on Wednesday share their support and qualms for the measure. The committee report on the proposed bill, prohibiting only up to two degrees of consanguinity and affinity, was
