Tropical Storm Nuri maintains strength outside PAR

MANILA, Philippines – Tropical storm Nuri remained outside the Philippine area of responsibility and maintained its strength early Thursday morning, according to the state weather bureau. In its 4 a.m. update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that Nuri was tracked some 1,415 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas, with a maximum
