Vargas seeks stronger anti-bullying ordinance after PWD student’s death

MANILA, Philippines — A stronger anti-bullying ordinance has to be considered after a student who is also a person with disability (PWD) was bullied and died inside the premises of a Quezon City school, Councilor Alfred Vargas said on Tuesday. Vargas, in a statement, said that there has to be a “comprehensive review and amendment” of the city’s
