MANILA, Philippines — A woman who tried to sell an 11-day-old infant has pleaded guilty to two counts of child abuse and was sentenced by the Quezon City Court to six years imprisonment for each count. The case was resolved in less than a year after the prosecution secured a plea agreement with the Police–Women
